LABOUR LEGISLATION. Received January 10, 8.26 a.m. LONDON, January 9. Sir Charles Dilke, in an address delivered at Cork, indicated that next session he would introduce an AntiSweating Bill based on the Victorian system. He stated that the Labour Party was negotiating for close union with the miners and other trade-union groups.
