A DARING BURGLARY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 7. A daring burglary was perpetrated at the Coronation Hotel at Elthatn on Sunday night. The licensee's trousers, containing the keys of the safe, were removed from his bedroom, while he was asleep, and £so' in single notes abstracted from the' safe. Apparently the thief was disturbed, as a considerable sum in goldand cheques was overlooked.
