GERMAN MARINE OFFICERS.
BERLIN, January 4. The marine officers at Hamburg Jiave decided to yield to the demand "of the Shipowners' Association. (It was reported three days ago that seventy officers had been dismissed for refusing to withdraw from the Captain and Officers' Association).
