Received January 3, 8.33 a.m. MOROCCO, January 2. Ben Mansour, Raisuli's khalifa at Tangier, who lately submitted, led the Sultan's troops to the vicinity of Zinat, and captured Raisuli's caid. The latter will be charged with selling State lands.
