DEATH OF A LABOURER.

WELLINGTON, January 1. The District Coroner held an inquiry yesterday, into the circumstances of the death of' James Duncan, a labourer, who was found on Queen's wharf yesterday in a morebound condition. r The evidence went to show that the deceased had had an epileptic seizure. An autopsy disclosed a fracture of the base of the skull. ; The jury found that death was caused by this injury, there being no evidence to show how it was caused.
