There have been heavy snowstorms in France, Belgium, and Germany. # Amazing scenes took place in the snow and slush in London streets on Boxing Day. Several country houses were snowed up, stopping shooting parties. Railwaytraffic was dislocated. BLIZZARDS IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND. MANY PEOPLE FROZEN TO DEATH. FATAL ACCIDENTS NUMEROUS. TRAFFIC IN MANY DISTRICTS SUSPENDED. Received December'2B, 9.36 p.m. LONDON, December 28. Heavy thunderstorms and fresh blizzards have been experienced in the North of England. Many people were frozen to death. Fatal accidents are numerous. Traffic in many districts is suspended.
