The Lower Valley Jockey Club's annual meeting was concluded, yesterday. Beautiful weather again prevailed, but the attendance of the public was small. The sum of £2,007 was put through the totalisator as against £3,549 for the corresponding day last year, making a total of £5,218 for the meeting as compared with £7,782 for the meeting last year. Results Hack Hurdle Handicap, 1% mile.— 26 Lavinia, 9.0, 1; 11 Acetylene, 9.0, 2; 48 Westward, 9.0, 3. Sen Sim was scratched. Won by two lengths. Time, 2min 56sec. Totalisator, 85. Dividend, £2 18s.
