The Fremdenblatt (the semi-official Conservative newspaper of Vienna), in an article which is interpreted as distinctly making for peace, declares that if the maintenance of the present state of things in Albania proves impossible' autonomy on a national basis must take its place. Autonomy must also be established in Macedonia. If, qn the contrary (the journal concludes), autonomy is not granted, then all suspensions of the work of reform will fail.
