WELLINGTON, Deo. 20. At a meeting of the Gear Meat Company, to-night, a dividend of i per cent, for the half yeiir, with a bonus of 2 per cant, was declared.
The Cnairman said the result of the Chicago disclosures had been, so far i»8 Groat Britain is concerned, a complete cessation of the demand for tinned goods of any kind.
