Eeceived December 14, 8.58 a.m. ' LONDON, December 13. After Christmas sixty battleships and armoured cruisers and twenty other warships will be drawn from the Channel, Atlantic, and Mediterranean fleets, and manoeuvre off Lagos, under Admiral Wilson. No vessels will be drawn from the Home fleet.
