Shearing is in full swing. A number of sheds have finished shearing, and report a heavy clip. There is a great shortage of good blade shearers; in fact, of farm labourers of all descriptions, and the right kind of man is much in demand. A sharp earthquake was experienced here on Saturday morning, about 11 25, and lasted for several seconds.
