RIFLE SHOOTING.
THE OPAKI CLUB. The Opaki Rifie Club fired their sixth competition at the 600 yds nn<3 700yda ranges yesterday afternoon. The day was very bright, with a strong rear wind blowing varying from right to left. The following soores were registered:—■
The final competitions, one of seven shots at tha suoyds, 600 yds and 700yda ranges and another of fifteen shots at the 700 yds range, will not bo fired until after Christmas.
