A SALVAGE CASE.

'Judgment-on the claim for salvage of the .derelict barque Lutterworth, "whioh got into difficulties near Terawbiti through the gravel ballast shifting, and was taken in ton. by the steamer Aqrece, was given to day. The sum of £6OO was olaimed, the salvors claiming that the Lutterworth was a dereliot, and they were entitled to one-half of her value. The owners contended that the barque wac not a dereliot, and that, even if she was, there was no rule as to half values in snob oases. The Chief Justice gave judgment for £4OO and costs.
