By Telegraph—Press Association* ■ INVERCARGILL, Dec. 12. "People's Day" at the A. and P. Show saw glorious weather, and an attendance of fifteen thousand. The exhibition of draught stock was superior to anything yet seen in the colony, mares in particular being wonderfully fine. The champion awards were as follow:—Entire, -T. Patrick's Pride ot Newton ; mare, J. Gardiner's Princoss Fanny (both International Show champions). ThoroughbredsJJwere weak, with one or two exceptions, but light harness horses, hackneys and roadstors were strong in numbers and quality, while there was a capital show ol harness ponies.
