PLAGUE.
Received December 6, 8.30 a.m. MANILA, December 5. The recent outbreak of plague amongst prisoners at Bilibed, m Manila, was due to a visitor, m the absence : of a responsible medical officer, inadvertently exchanging culture tubes.
