DISCHARGED CONVICTS.
Received December 6, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN, December 5., Owing 4o the suggestions made in connection with the trial of Voight, the principal in the Koepenick robbery, the Kaiser has ordered the introduction of a Bill into Parliament to stop the police worrying discharged convicts.
