INDIGENT FOREIGNERS.
PROIEST AGAINST MR GLADSTONE'S ACTION. Received Deoember 4, 10.28 p.m. LONDON, December 4. The Liverpool Conservative Working Men's Association indignantly protest against the action uf Mr Herbert Gladstone, Secretary of State, Dome Department,, in relaxing tbe Aliens Act, enabling indigent foreigners, including Chinese, to swarm into England.
