PLURAL VOTING BILL.

Received December 4, 10.4 p.m. LONDON, December 4. In tbe House oi Commons, the Plural Voting Bill was read a third time by 333 votes to 104. TRADE DISPUTES BILL. Received Deoember 4, 10.4 p.m. LONDON, December 4. The Parliamentary Committee, Engineering Employers' Federation, and tbe Shipbuilding Employers' Federation are issuing a memorandum to the Peers assigning tbe reasons against the enaotment of the Trade Disputes Bill on the ground that It would be a grave step to legalise conspiracy and interference with the liberty of third parties. Lord Muekerry intends to move that the Bill be read this day blx months.

THE EDUCATION BILL,

Reoeived Deoember 4, 10.4 p.m. LONDON, Deoember 4. In tbe House of Lords the Matqnis of Lansdowne moved an amendment to Clause 4 of tbe Education Bill requiring that religious instruction under the Gowper-Temple Clause be given either in sohool or elsewhere for children whose parents objected to tbe extended facilities. The amendment was carried by 131 votes to 45. The Bishop of Hereford declared that it was a wreoking amendment. The third reading of the Bill was fixed for Thursday.
