AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
Received Dec3mber 4, 8.33 a.m. LONDON, December 3. The Powers do not objeot to France and Spain intervening in Morocco. Admiral Tonohard, a French officer, will command the joint forces. (An, agreement was recently drawn up —subject to ratification by the Powers represented at tho Algeciras Conference—providing that France and Spain may, if necessary, land a force not exceeding twelve hundred men at Tangier to assist tho Pasha in reestablishing his authority and ensuring the safety of Europeans).
