THE WESTPHALIAN DISASTER.
Received Decembor 4, 8.33 a.m. BERLIN, December 3. Dynamite cartridges were found in the robarite factory near W'tten, the scene of the recent disastrous explosion. The cartridges are similar to those used in the adjoining colleries, from which it is supposed they were stolon and hidden in the factory.
