SITU/iTION IN EGYPT. Received November 28, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 27. The Cairo correspondent of The Times reports that there has been a reorudesoence of Anglophobia in Egypt. A serious feature of the situation, states, the correspondent, is that the ultra-Nationalists, mention the Khedive as the chief supporter of tbeir programme. The Times comments on the seriousness of the uncontradicted, rumours concerning the Khedive, who owes his position and property to British troops and British administration. It is stated by tbe journal's correspondent that Mustapha Pasba Kamel is again in high favour at tho court and is in possession of funds to start an Anglo-French newspaper opposed to moderate views.
