Received November 27, 1.10 a.m. SYDNEY, November 27. The conspiracy case against Crick, Willis and Bath was concluded today. Tbe Judge, in summing up, attached weight to jPeter Close's evidence. The jury acquitted Bath, but were locked j,up for the night with regard to the other accused.
