PARIS, November 26.
The orew of the Algeciras numbered three hundred and twenty-onq. The men were asleep at the time of the disaster, and were resoued with difficulty.
The whole of the troops and bluejaokets stationed at Toulon were summoned, but failed to extinguish the flames. The authorities then torpedoed the vessel and sank her.
TORPEDOES EXPLODE.
Received November 27, 11.16 p.m. PARIS, November 27. 2 Shortly after the outbreak of Are six loaded torpedoes stored aboard the Algeciras for ' practice purposes exploded, destroying the deck.
