CHARGE AGAINST A MORMON.
Eeceived November 25, 4.55 p.m. NEW YORK. November 24. Joseph Smith, the Mormon president, pleaded guilty in the Distriofc Court at Salt Lake City to a charge of unlawful cohabitation, and was fined 300 dollars.
