ADDITIONAL BATTLESHIPS.
Received November 25, 8.56 p.m. PARIS, November 25. In the French Chamber of Deputies, M. Thomson, Minister of Marine, urged the Government not to oonstruct too many submarines, but to await tho invention of a motor which would enable submarines to precede the fleet in attack. The construction of six battleships was voted by 393 to 112.
