SIGNOR CARUSO FINED TEN DOLLARS.

Received November 25, 4.55 p.m. NEW YORK, November 24. The bearing of the charge against Signor Caruso, the well-known tenor, of having insulted a woman, has concluded. Mrs Graham, the other . woman alleged to have been molosted, was absent from Court. The only witness supporting the police evidence was a man whoae late employer declared that he had been discharged for dishonesty. Signor Caruso was fined ten dollars, and gave notice of appeal. Received November 25,8.56 p.m. NEW YORK, November 24. The New York World asserts that Mrs Graham is a personal friend of the policeman whose testimony convicted Signor Caruso.
