The Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company has received from Loudon a cable, to-day, re frozen meat market, advising |a considerable fall in the value of beef. Today's quotations are:-Canter-bury mutton, 4%d; Napier, Wellington and oilier North Isiand mutton, 4iod; lamb, first quality, 5%d. Beef, hindquarters 4d, furequarters 3J^d. WEEKLY MARKET REPORT. " (Special to the Wairarapa Age.) The New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Distributing Company, Ltd., Wellington, report as follows: —Maize 3s 9d per bushel, wheat 3s lid, firm.
