GRAVING DOCK FOR WELLINGTON.

By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 22. The Wellington Harbour Board, to day, advanced its graving dock scheme another stage by deciding to call for tenders for the work of construction. The dock will be 650 ft in length, which is 100 ft longer than the Calliope dock at Auckland and 200 ft longer than the Lytteltou dock.
