NATIONAL MEMORIAL TO WOMEN. Reoeived November 22, 8.30 a.m. CAPETOWN, November 21. Ex-Preeident h'teyn Is arranging a confereace at Bloemfontein in February to discuss } the erection of a national, memorial for 'the women and ohildren who ' L died in the concentration camps during tbe Boer War. Delegates are expected to be present from the Afrikander Bond, Het Volk, Orange Union, and the Dutch churches.
