ANGLO-FRENCH RELATIONS.
Received November 22, 8 30 a.m. PARIS, November 22. Speaking in tbe Chamber of Deputies the Premier (M. Clemenceau), in reply to M. Villeneuve's criticism of tbe entente with Britain, declared that be did not believe it included a military agreement, which would be a prologue to serious adventures.
