TO THE LADIES OF THE WAIRARAPA.

The fame of the linens manufactured in Belfast—in that Green Isle so dear to the Irish people—has spread into every corner of the civilised world. In the most aristocratic oiioles of Great Britain, Ireland, and America, no bride's trousseau is complete without, the fine specimens of the great looms of that wonderful Irish city forming part of it, nor is any high-class household properly equipped without its sheeting and drapery being furnished from the same source. Never before in the history of this colony has the public had the opportunity now presented of selecting and purchasing these beautiful Irish linens at their own price. The variety of the articled exhibited, their high quality, and the cirnumstanoes whioh have brought them to New Zealand, are all exceptional, and justify the vendors in reßpeotfully inviting the publio to inspect them, and to attend the sale. It was but the other day that, at a banquet at Belfast, Lord Raufurly made the remark that the delightful creations of the linen manufacturers of Belfast were not sufficiently known to the ladies of New Zealand. By announcement elsewhere Messrs Richards and Co. now offer the ladiea of Masterton and district an opportunity of securing a supply of these exceptionally fine linens. The sale will commence on Friday, November 23rd, and will continue for fonr days, at 11 o'olook each day, in the Foresters* Hall.
