CANADIAN FARMERS' PETITION. Received November 20, 10.43 p.m. OTTAWA, November 20. a number of Canadian farmers' associations are petitioning the Government to abandon Protection. They declare that the farmers will agree to the abolition of all duties on farm produota if the tariff is constructed on a revenue basis.
