TWENTY-TWO ARRESTS MADE,

Received November 20, 8.9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG; Nov. 19.

Two ringleaders of the Rogof robbery and twenty others implicated in the affair, have been arrested.

All are Polish Sooiaiists. (This was the case in which seventy armed men surrounded the railway station, cut the telegraph wires, and "held up" tno train. The postal van and a carriage were blown up with bombs, an escort of sixteen soldiers being killed, and the iobfcers escaped with booty estimateJ at a million roubles.)
