THE CANDIDATES' EXPENSES. Received November 19, 8.35 a.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 19. Mr Hearst, who was defeated in the eleotion for the New York Governorship, certifies his expenses at £51,000. Mr Hughes, the successful candidate, disbursed £124. Mr Hearst paid all bis party expenses in connection with the eleotion, while Mr Hughes defrayed only his own.
