ANNUAL MEETING. < 1 "" "" ( The annual meeting of the Master < ton Trotting Club was held on the ( A. and P. Society's Showgrounds, \ yesterday. The weather was fine, 1 and the attendance of the public was 1 large. The seven events on the programme drew out large fields, and the racing was interesting. The sum of £1,787 was invested ou the totalisatoi, as oooipared with £1,8<2 last year. A string band, under Mr Reihana Boyes, enlivened the afternoon't) proceedings. Mr Thos.
