MOROCCO.
THE MAGHZEN IGNOBED. [Received November 15, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 14. The Governments of Britain, France, and Spain have resolved to ignore the reservations ot the Maghzen (Moorish Government) regarding the agreement, officially termed the General Act of the International Conference, of Algeciras, relating to the conduct of "affairs in Morocco. The statement that the Atlantic Fleet was reported to be sailing for Tangier to participate in the French demonstration in Moroccan waters is denied.
