CONCESSIONS CLAIMED
Received November 15, 8.30 a.m» PIETERMARITZBURG, Nov 14. The Natal natives claim the right to buy guns, the right of private meeting, increased powers of the chiefs, the substitution of another tax for house taxation, and the representation in Parliament by whites elected by the chief indunas and educated natives.
