In the visitor's book at the Tourist Court Dr L. L. Smith baa written "iiavo been President of many large exhibitions, but have never ee? j n one so early prepared and in snob early order." Messrs Reece and Booth, local Commissioners, had a long conference with the Hon. Hall Jones today. The Miniater, ou being questioned by Hits Prosi» Association representative, said that everything was satisfactory, and that there was uo trouble whatever. Ho would fia y nothing I'nrtbei'. Mr Reece, when interviewed said that in view of the promise that the Commissioners recommendations would be fully considered, they had determined to continue in ottloe. Their recommeniia'ions would be submitted directly to the Minister in charge of the Exhibition which for the time being is the Hon. HallJones. A large number of country schools, including Suuday Schools, within a convenient distance of Chi'ibtouarcb are making arrangements for a visit to the Exhibition.
