WEDDING.

GRAY—HUMPHRIES. A very pretty wedding was celebrated at the residence of the bride's parents, "m on ess," Chapel Street, yesterday, when Miss Mary (May) Humphries, fourfcfl daughter of Mr and Mrs W. Humphries, of Masterton, and formerly of Featber«. ston, was married to Mr Neil Gray, fifth sou of the late Mr G. J. Gray. The bride, who was given away by her father wore a handsome dresi of pink voile with silu trimmings. She also wore a hat to match, and oarried a pretty Miss Martha Peters was bridesmaid. She was attired in a dainty dress of heliotrope muslin, with hat to match. She also cairied a bouquet. The best man was Mr Vivian Gray, brother of the bridegroom, and the marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. A, T. Thompson. After the ceremony a large number of guests were entertained at the residence of the bride's parents, when the usual toasts were honoured and congratulations tendered to the newly-married couple for their future success. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a pair of gold sleeve links, and the bridegroom's present to the bride was a handsomo gold bangle. The bridesmaid was presented by the bridegroom with a gold brooch set with rubies. The presents reoeived by Mr and Mrs Gray were numerous and oostly.

Mr and Mrs Gray left bv the after noon train for Wellington, ,where the honeyluoonMs to be spent. The bride's travelling areas was o£ green voile.
