A TRAVELLER'S DISCOVERIES. Received November 13, 9.4 a.m. LONDON,. November 12. The British Resident at Kufea, in Northern Nigeria, journeying across the Great Sahara to Lake Tchad, found many Roman ruins in tho Sammada desert, petrified forests, and tribes living in subterranean dwellings.
