RAILWAYS IN CHINA.
Received November 13", 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 12. An agreement has been signed between Wai Wupu, of the Chinese Foreign Office, and the British Chinese Corporation for the construction of the Canton-Kaulung Railway by means of raising a loan of a million and a half sterling.
