CONTROL OF MERCANTILE MARINE.

The local Marine Boards' Advisory Committee consists of representatives of the local marine boards, shipowners, certified officers and engineers, seamen, firemen, an t engineers. The president of the Board of Trade retains power to nominate the Government representative.
