The repairers on the battleships Bulwark and London are leaving the Mediterranean station owing to the new redistribution scheme of the Admiralty. Received November 13, 12.52 a.m. LONDON, November 12. The Standard asserts that eleven first-class and two second class battleships , and twelve cruisers are at Devonport awaiting repairs or refitting.
