EDUCATION BILL. Received November 9, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 9. The House of ' Lords has passed clause 4 of the Education Bill, as amended, with a further amendment compelling the local authority to permit teachers to give denominational instruction in extended facilities schools, but not at the authorities' expense.
