MOORS AND TIRAILLEURS.
AN ENCOUNTER AT TIDKJDJA. Received November 5, 10.26 p.m. MOROCCO, November 5. An encounter took place at Tidkjdja, between a band of Moors and a detachment of Tirailleurs. A number of Tirailleurs were killed. One hundred and fifty Moors were killed, including a number of chiefs. RAISULI AND THE SULTAN. ReceivedjJNoveuiber 5, 10.36 p.m. ' MOROCCO, November 5. The Spanish Eleatrio Light Company at Tangier refused to pay blackmail, and the Chieftain Raisuli closed the works. The Sultan re-opened tham, buc Raisnli re-closed them until the company conceded the terms. The incident has caused anxiety, as it showed that Raisuli is the only existing force in Northern Morocco.
