THE TREASURY VAN ROBBERY. FIFTEEN MORE ARRESTS MADE. Received November 5, 10.6 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 4. Fifteen more arrests have been made in connection with the robbery of the St. Petersburg Treasury van. Tbe leaders of the gang were connected with the recent outrage at 3d. Stolypin's house.
