Received October 31, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, October 30. The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company intends to build five steamers of the Mooltan type, but faster, in readiness for competition in the Australian trade. (The Mooltan type is of over 10,000 tonnage, with a speed of about eigoteen knots).
