RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION.
A POLISH PETITION
Received October 31, 9.50 p.m. BERLIN, Ootober 31.
The Polish petition presented to the Prussian Government against the daily detention of 45,000 children for refusing religious instruction in German met with a stern rebuff. Dr. Studt, Minister of Instruction, declares tbitthe regulations will be enforced by every means the law permits.
