PERSIA.
NO ANGLO-RUSSIAN AGREEMENT. Received October 31, 7.2 a.m. LONDON, October 30, Mr W. Runciman states, on behalf of the Government, that no general Anglo-Russian agreoment has been concluded respecting Persia. The two Governments are seeking to avoid a conflict of interests, and are acting together when possible with a view to preserve the status quo.
