VILLAGES PILLAGED BY TRIBESMEN. Received October 31, 12.3 a.na. MOROCCO, Ootober 30. Ihe Angera tribesmen, profiting by the absence of the ohieftain Rasuli, pillaged the villages on the east side of Tangier Bay, and oaptured oattle, after a fight lasting two hours. Anarnhy is jjeneral in Morocco. Received October 31, 12.3 a.m. PARIS, Ootober 30. The French Cabinet discussed the desirability of compelling Rasuli to qnit Azila, where ha has proclaimed himself Governor and made it an open port, and is collecting the taxes. France and Spain are closely watohing in readiness to undertake police duties.
